Welcome to all the new freshies to UMS . Salam satu UMS kampus ceria. A warm welcome to you guys. UMS is one of the most beautiful campus in south east Asia and we are really proud of it. We are rich in our culture and multiple ethnics. Studying in UMS won't just offer you the chance of getting your degree only but you can enjoy all the panoramic views of nature. All of you can travel all over Sabah and explore it during your study period over here. We have Mount Kinabalu ,the highest peak in southeast asia and many beautiful and eye capturing islands. Delegasi Bayu UMS telah berjaya menakluk Parlimen Negara hari ini. Antara isu yang hangat diperdebatkan di Parlimen adalah isu keganasan Israel dan tindakan-tindakan yang akan diambil oleh Malaysia dalam menentang isu ini. Perdana Menteri telah mencadangkan penubuhan jawatankuasa yang adil oleh PBB untuk mengadili isu ini. Beliau mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Jordan, Filipina, Thailand serta beberapa negara yang lain yang turun padang dalam misi membebaskan wira-wira Malaysia yang ditahan oleh tentera Israel. Wira-wira yang menaiki kapal Mavi Marmara itu telah selamat tiba di negara kita semalam. Semua ahli parlimen menyokong penuh cadangan bahawa penghargaan harus diberikan kepada wira-wira negara ini yang telah menggadaikan nyawa dalam misi kemanusiaan ini.

Sugar problem

There is an acute problem of sugar all over the nation. People and traders asking questions back at the Domestic Trade,Consumerism and Cooperatives eventhough they get license as mentioned they still couldnt sell sugar because there is no supply.

There will be Pesta Kaamatan Peringkat IPTA/IPTS Sabah in UMS early of August this coming semester. There will be alot of surprise and cultural arts in this celebration. Furter info will be updated time to time .

Salam Satu Malaysia. My name is Subash Saralan. I'm one of PMUMS or Student Representative Counsil of University Malaysia Sabah 09/10. I'm holding the portfolio of Exco of Culture and Arts. Hereby I would like you all to share your ideas and programmes that you are planning to have in University Malaysia Sabah or all over Malaysia. I will be very happy to help you guys in and out in your programmes. Through this blog, I can help all of you to promote your programmes. The main problems that we are having in UMS is its hard for informations to reach the students.
